Play around with the spice ratios, sweeteners, and non-dairy milks to find your superfood favorite! These drinks only take a few minutes to make and are appropriate for vegetarians as long as you use non-dairy milk and steer away from honey to keep it totally plant-based.
—- GOLDEN MILK —-
1 cup of milk (almond, hemp, or coconut milk)
¼ teaspoon of Turmeric Powder
1/8 teaspoon of Cinnamon Powder
1/8 teaspoon of Ginger
1/16 teaspoon of Cardamom Powder
pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
1 teaspoon liquid sweetener (maple syrup, agave or honey)
Pour one mug of milk into a small saucepan on medium heat.
Stir with frother or whisk.
Heat for 3-5 minutes.
Pour into mug and enjoy.
